By popular demand, we now offer what has been called a "ZEPPIFIED" Goodtime banjo. Many folks have heard the benefits of adding a Renaissance head, a Moon bridge, and a No-Knot tailpiece to a scooped Goodtime banjo to make an inexpensive, yet killer clawhammer banjo, a particular setup that I like and use--I frequently take just such a Goodtime to jam sessions, and this is how the Goodtime I use at home is set up. This is a ZEPP Country Music Pick: I feel that among American-made banjos, the Sierra offers the best professional-grade sound and playability for the buck; the savings comes from the absence of mud flaps and raccoon tails. There's nothing fancy about this instrument--it just gets the job done, and done right!
