Recording King "Madison" RK-O25 Open Back
Recording King banjos were designed by Greg Rich (formerly of Gibson and later of Rich and Taylor) to be a high quality instrument made in China. The historic name "Recording King" was chosen for these banjos.
The RK-O25 Madison features a simple design with a dot inlay motif and bracket shoes design, while the RK-R25 resonator model has a fan inlay and a tube and plate flange.
The three-ply maple rims are quite light, making the banjos quite comfortable to play. The top edge of the rim is shaped much like a flathead tone ring, and produces a clear, bright tone.
List price for tthe open back, RK-O25 is $499, but please call or email info@zeppmusic.com for our prices. Temporarily Out of Stock
